Those members planning to compete regularly, of any age should have all of their own gear. Members must have a jock strap, mouth guard, and at least one set of knuckle pads. If members compete regularly, you should also have red and blue belts, red and blue knuckle pads, shin guards, gi for kata competition, gi for kumite competition, and mesh carrying bag.
