Fitness and personal development through martial arts training

Valley Shidokan's training programs teach children and adults of all ages basic self defense skills and helps them develop concentration and hand eye coordination.

 

 

It is recommended that young members begin their training program with the Monday, Tuesday and Thursday classes suitable for thier age and experience

 

  

 

During the introductory period, new adult and junior members will join the classes for warm up and some drills, then they are taken aside and taught the basic curriculum by our qualified assistant instructors. 

 

  

 

Once the basics are covered (usually this takes 4 - 8 classes), adults and students and participate in the entire open class.
