North American Shotokan Karate Association  The North American Shotokan Karate Association (NASKA) is an organization that promotes the study of Shotokan karate. Under the guidance of Chief Instructor, Yasuo Sakurai,  member clubs seek to uphold the ideals and technical standards of the Japan Karate Association.
